Over this past weekend, some friends and I attended the Main Street Market in Rockford, IL for a nice girls day out and to search for some cool stuff for our homes. Even though it rained, the market was a blast and we can’t wait until next year’s markets. If you’ve never been to Main Street Market, I would definitely check it out if I were you. It’s an awesome vintage and handmade market held twice a year at the Midway Village Museum in Rockford. There are so many talented vendors there and its just a fun event to walk through.
Anyway…I ended up finding a handful (well a wagon full actually) of goodies, which included a long chicken feeder. From the moment I locked eyes on the feeder, I knew just the place for it.
This place just happened to be my dining room table.
After I got home, I scrubbed the feeder, cleaned it all up and ripped the metal screen off the top.
Took a little trip to the local farmer’s market and bought a bunch of miniature pumpkins…along with a donut of course!
And there you have it. The perfect rustic centerpiece for fall!
What vintage finds will you incorporate into your home this year?
